Sponsor's Choice

Configure sponsor selections and optional group-based awards.

Who can use this: Event managers. Available actions can vary with the event's enabled features and your assigned role.

Open this page

1. Sign in as an event manager.
2. Select Events, choose the event, then select Edit event.
3. Select Sponsor's Choice.

Sponsor's Choice records selections made by event sponsors or designated representatives.

1. Enable the related voting and award features needed by the event.
2. Open Edit event → Sponsor's Choice.
3. Decide whether selections are separated by group/class, then save the configuration.
4. Tell each sponsor who is authorized to submit its selection and when selections close.
5. Review the recorded choices before assigning or announcing trophies.

Use a consistent sponsor name in the configuration and award title. If a sponsor changes its selection, confirm which result is final before the award list is printed.
