Attendee's Choice

Configure and run voting reserved for registered entrants.

Who can use this: Event managers. Available actions can vary with the event's enabled features and your assigned role.

Open this page

1. Sign in as an event manager.
2. Select Events, choose the event, then select Edit event.
3. Select Attendee's Choice. If it is absent, enable Attendee's Choice in Settings first.

Attendee's Choice restricts voting to registered entrants and uses each attendee's ballot.

1. Enable Attendee's Choice in Edit event → Settings.
2. Decide whether entrants may select themselves and whether a ballot sheet should print with each dashcard.
3. Open Edit event → Attendee's Choice to configure the ballot categories.
4. Preview the ballot, then print ballot sheets or direct entrants to their digital ballot.
5. Use Attendee's Choice scores to monitor results and print the final ranking.

Finalize categories before distributing ballots. If printed sheets will be used, establish who enters them and how staff mark a sheet as entered to prevent duplicate voting.
