Attendee management overview

Learn the attendee lifecycle and available staff tools.

Who can use this: Event staff. Available actions can vary with the event's enabled features and your assigned role.

Open this page

1. Sign in as a manager or administrator.
2. Select Events, then choose the event.
3. Select Attendees on the event dashboard.

An attendee is a vehicle and person that is added to the event. A person can have multiple vehicles at the event if the same email address and name is used for the person's info.

Note: This section is only for roles: Manager or Administrators

To access the attendees pages:

1. Sign in to Driven To Show as a manager or administrator role.
2. Click on the event (or go to Events in the main navigation and click the event)
3. Click on Attendees
