Publish the attendee deck

The attendee deck is a public slideshow of registered vehicles. Use it on a venue display, share it with spectators, or print its QR code after reviewing the information it exposes.

Configure and publish

1. Open Edit event → Settings → Access and visibility.
2. Enable the attendee deck and open Deck fields.
3. Choose only the registration and vehicle fields that should appear publicly, then arrange them in the desired order.
4. Decide whether the owner's last initial should appear, save the fields, and save Settings.
5. Open the public attendee deck and review several records on both a phone and the display you plan to use.

Use the deck's printable QR page when guests should open it on their own devices. Select Print to use the browser print dialog.

Publishing the deck can expose attendee and vehicle information without requiring sign-in. Do not publish email addresses, phone numbers, street addresses, internal notes, payment details, or other private fields. Recheck the public deck after changing the registration form or attendee data.
