Sell and retrieve spectator tickets

Guests use the public event page to buy spectator admission without entering the event-management area.

Buy tickets

1. Open the public event page and select Tickets.
2. Choose an available ticket type or bundle, add optional guest quantities and parking when offered, then add the selection to the cart.
3. Review quantities and prices before checkout. A sold-out or unavailable option cannot be added.
4. Enter the requested contact information and apply a valid coupon before payment.
5. Complete the Stripe checkout when payment is required, and wait for the confirmation instead of submitting again.
6. Open the ticket summary from the confirmation page or email and keep the tickets available for event entry.

Each admission QR code is intended for one use. Do not post ticket images publicly or send the same ticket to multiple guests. If the confirmation is missing, use the event's ticket-retrieval option with the purchase email before buying a duplicate order, then contact the organizer if it still cannot be found.
