Generate the final event report

Finalize and review the event summary after the event ends.

Generate the final event report

The final report summarizes registration, check-in, spectators, payments and revenue, judging, awards, and prior-event comparisons with printable tables and charts.

Generate and review

  1. After the event's end time, sign in as a manager and open the event dashboard.
  2. Select Generate Event Report. The action can be unavailable until the event is over or when report-generation capacity is temporarily limited.
  3. Wait for generation to finish, then review totals against attendee, ticket, payment, judging, and trophy records.
  4. Open the print view and select Print to save a PDF or produce the archival copy.

For normal manager accounts, generating the report is a one-time finalization step and later visits show the saved report. Superusers may have a regeneration action, but regeneration should be used only after intentional source-data corrections because it replaces the previously generated snapshot.

Resolve incomplete judging, unassigned awards, payment discrepancies, and missing historical matches before generating the report. Keep exported source records with the report when the organization requires an audit trail. If generation is temporarily unavailable, preserve the event data and try again later rather than changing the event dates to force access.
