Event Settings

Modifying settings will turn toggle features for your event.

Note: This section is only for roles: Manager

Judging

If your event has judges that judge vehicles based on criteria you specify toggle the "Judging" feature on. If your event contains groups/classes and would like to see these judges' scores grouped by these groups/classes make sure "Judging By Group" is on.

People's Choice

Allow your spectators and attendees pick their favorites! Get up-to 1000 unique ballots with custom criteria you specify in the Edit People's Choice section. Toggle the "People's Choice" feature on if you wish to use people's choice. If you would like your spectators and attendees to specify vehicles by their groups/classes make sure to toggle on the "People's Choice By Group" feature.

Door Prizes

Randomly select new door prize selections based on the attendees list. This feature replaces the paper ticket (or similar physical method) and ensures a simple and intuitive way to distribute door prizes. Toggle "Door Prizes" on then save the Settings.

Trophies

Trophy management and assignment is simple with driven to show. Toggle on "Trophies" if you would like to manage trophies.

Registration

Auto Assign Number

During the event registration process for each vehicle the system can auto assign a unique, sequential number to that attendee. If you do not wish to assign a number at a later time make sure to toggle off this feature. Once a number is assigned to the vehicle this number can not be changed, moved or reassigned. Only registered vehicles / attendees can be deleted if no number has been assigned to the vehicle.

Allow Attendees to Self-Register

Toggle this setting on if you'd like your attendees to be able to register themselves. The staff registration will continue to work as normal. If you have configured a payment processor the option to "Collect Payment on Self-Registrations" will also be available to turn on. You can also toggle on the "Online Payment Optional" so the attendee can skip the payment if they choose and then pay using a different form of payment at the registration desk. A button on the main event page will be present for attendees to click and self-register. This URL can also be used in other places if you like including a QR code on a flyer as an example.

Allow Admins to Access Event

Managers toggle this on when you would like the admin role to be able to access the event. It is recommended that admins access the event during the event only so that data isn't incorrectly changed before or after the event.

Allow Judges to Access Event

Managers toggle this on when you would like the judge role to be able to access the event. It is recommended that judges access the event during the event only so that data isn't incorrectly changed before or after the event.

Publish Trophies/Awards List

This features turns the ability to show the awarded trophies. A link will be added to the main event page that links to the public facing awards page. It is recommended to toggle this on after the event in completed so trophies aren't seen before announcing them.
