Door Prizes

Door Prizes tickets are typically given to an attendee at the time of registration. During the show a ticket is drawn at random and called out by an announcer. With Driven to Show's digital door prize ticket management ensures you and your team a simpler way to manage this process. Instead of a ticket handed to attendees as they register the tickets are randomly selected based on active attendees when the door prize team wants to distribute a door prize to an attendee. The communicate to the selected attendee by attendee number, name, phone and email.

Limit Door Prize Tickets based on number of actual door prizes

If you wish to limit the number of tickets created for door prizes created based on the number of door prizes available change the count in the "Number of Door Prizes" field. Otherwise leave the door prize count to Unlimited and you can create unlimited door prize tickets (but based on attendees).

  1. Login into driventoshow.com as a manager or administrator role.
  2. Click on the event (or go to Events in the main navigation and click the event).
  3. Click on Door Prizes.
  4. Change the select for "Number of Door Prizes" to the actual available number.
  5. Click Save.

Note: This section is only for roles: Manager or Administrators

New Random Door Prize Ticket:

  1. Login into driventoshow.com as a manager or administrator role.
  2. Click on the event (or go to Events in the main navigation and click the event)
  3. Click on Door Prizes
  4. Click "New Random" button (green) - a new door prize ticket will show in the "Unclaimed" table with the attendee's and vehicle information.

Mark a ticket Claimed

As attendees claim their door prizes you should mark them claimed.

  1. In the "Unclaimed" table search for the attendee's attendee number, name, phone, email etc.
  2. Click the "Claim" button (blue) - confirm the action. The attendee door prize ticket will move to the "Claimed" table.

Remove a ticket from the "Unclaimed" list

There are times when an the door prize team needs to remove a ticket from the "Unclaimed" list.

  1. Find the ticket you would like to remove. Scroll to the right of the "Unclaimed table".
  2. Click the "Remove" button (red) and confirm the action. The attendee's door prize ticket will be removed. This can not be undone.

Mark a Claimed ticket "Unclaimed"

There are times when a ticket is accidentally claimed or otherwise and the need to move the ticket back to the "Unclaimed" list is needed.

  1. Find the ticket you would like to return to the unclaimed list.
  2. Click the "Unclaim" button (red) - the ticket will be moved to the "Unclaimed" table.
