Sponsorships That Deliver ROI

Most sponsors don't need their logo squeezed onto one more banner. They want to meet the people who buy from them, support something the community cares about, or show off what they do.

Ask what they want before you hand them a gold-silver-bronze sheet. Then promise only what your crew can deliver. A few clear benefits, good communication, and photos showing what they received will do more for next year's renewal than a thick sponsorship packet.

Price packages from the value and cost of the benefits, not from a copied gold-silver-bronze sheet. Limit scarce items such as category exclusivity, stage mentions, prime display space, or presenting rights. Record artwork deadlines, dimensions, passes, activation needs, and who approves each deliverable.

During the show, photograph delivered placements and check on activations before the crowd peaks. Afterward, send a short report with the agreed evidence—attendance method, useful engagement counts, photographs, and community outcome. Honest reporting, including what underperformed, gives both sides something concrete to improve. Reviewed and updated August 2026.
