Crusin' for a Cause – Liability Waiver & Media Release

In consideration of the opportunity to participate in the Crusin’ for a Cause Car Show & Street Fair, the undersigned entrant, along with all participants and members of their party, hereby agrees to the following:

Liability Release
I hereby release and discharge Moab House Inc., Struthers High School, event organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all known or unknown damages, injuries, losses, judgments, and/or claims to my person or property which may arise from participation in this event.
Indemnification
I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the above-listed entities, individuals, and organizations from any liability, costs, or claims arising from my conduct or that of any person assisting, participating with, or under my direction at the event.
Conduct Policy
I understand that event staff reserve the right to deny entry or remove any participant or guest from the event grounds for inappropriate or disruptive behavior, at their sole discretion.
Media Release
I grant permission for photographs and/or video footage taken of myself, my guests, and my vehicle(s) during the event to be used in promotional and advertising materials for Moab House Inc. and its affiliates, without compensation or notice.
Donation Statement
I understand that all registration fees and donations made for participation in the Crusin’ for a Cause Car Show & Street Fair are considered tax-deductible contributions to Moab House Inc., a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and are non-refundable.

By registering your vehicle, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms listed above.
