The 2016 981 Spyder was the swan song build for the 981 model run. Limited in production with less than 850 in the U.S. market.
Powered by a 3.8L flat-six from a 991 Carrera S. Aluminum doors, hood and rear deck contribute to lighter weight at just over 2,800lbs.
