This 1933 Rolls-Royce Phantom II is one of approximately 1700 examples built on the final iteration of the 40/50 platform between 1929 and 1935. It is among approximatly 120 left hand drive models built for the North American market. The chassis was built in Derby England and shipped to New York where it became one of 18 Phantom II's to be clothed in Newport Sedanca de Ville bodywork by Brewster of Long Island.

It most recently won Best in Show at the Des Moines Concours d'Elegance. Finished in red and maroon, it is powered by a 7,668cc inline six cylinder with a single updraft carburetor. It has 12 spark plugs with 6 on one side served by a typical coil ignition and the other 6 served by a magneto. It has four speed manual transmission with mechanically actuated drum brakes with servo assis, a one shot centralized lubrication system and a retractable driver's compartment roof panel.

The 150 inch wheelbase makes for an imposing vehicle with a presence that is impressive and appealing to any car enthusiast.
