This 1957 Cadillac Eldorado Broughams is Body #67 of 400  hand built in 1957. It is on the original Air suspension and has the original vanity items (6 magnitized tumblers, Evans ladies compact, beveled mirror, notepad and 1oz bottle of Arpegé Perfume with atomizer) housed in the glove compartment and rear seat Arm Rest. It has gone through a 6 year restoration.  Originally owned by a Detroit Industrialist, Gustav VonReis of Bloomfield Townahip, who took the car, when new, on vacation to Sweden. After 10 years of ownership the Mr VonReis traded it in to a Cadillac Dealer who owned it for about 10 years. I have owned the car over 40 years. Prior to restoration it took Class Awards at the Meadow Brook Concours d'Elegance in 1987 & 1990, EyesOn Design in 1988, and was featured in Motor Trend Magazine Restrospective in November 1992.  Since restoration it has received Best In Class Award at the Northville, Michigan Concours d'Elegance.
