Story
Porsche has been my favorite brand since I was a kid. In my eyes, they are the standard for which all sports cars are measured. They are not super-high-horsepower monsters; they are poised, precise, exact.
My favorite of all the 911s is the 997.2 generation. Modern enough to be comfortable, classic enough to be truly engaging. Hydraulic steering, Rear-wheel drive, enough power to enjoy, and 3 pedals.
To be clear, this is not a show car. It has rock chips and wear on the seats. It is a driver's car and I hope to be able to keep it in great working order until I can no longer manage a clutch.
