Story
This 1956 100M, factory built with the Le Mans performance kit, with is owned by Peter and Pat Davis of Jonesborough TN. Delivered new to an Air Force Major stationed in Japan and then two more owners in New York State before going into storage for 30 years. Found complete in York PA 1996, all matching numbers but poor condition and restored over six years by the present owner. Shortly afterwards, badly damaged in a basement garage fire and restored for a second time to concours standard with original specification detail and finishes. Driven enthusiastically on several race tracks and successful in numerous shows including class wins at Hilton Head, Chattanooga and Atlanta Concours. Displayed in the 2023 “British Invasion” exhibit at the Savoy museum, Cartersville GA.
