	grees to the following:\n\n1. Liability Release\n\nI hereby release and di
	scharge Moab House Inc.\, Struthers High School\, event organizers\, spons
	ors\, volunteers\, and affiliates from any and all known or unknown damage
	s\, injuries\, losses\, judgments\, and/or claims to my person or property
	 that may arise from participation in this event.\n\n2. Indemnification\n\
	nI agree to indemnify and hold harmless the above-listed entities\, indivi
	duals\, and organizations from any liability\, costs\, or claims arising f
	rom my conduct or the conduct of any person assisting\, participating with
	\, or under my direction at the event.\n\n3. Conduct Policy\n\nI understan
	d that event staff reserve the right to deny entry or remove any participa
	nt or guest from the event grounds for inappropriate\, unsafe\, or disrupt
	ive behavior\, at their sole discretion.\n\n4. Media Release\n\nI grant pe
	rmission for photographs and/or video footage taken of myself\, my guests\
	, and my vehicle(s) during the event to be used in promotional and adverti
	sing materials for Moab House Inc. and its affiliates\, without compensati
	on or prior notice.\n\n5. Donation Statement\n\nI understand that all regi
	stration fees and donations made for participation in the Crusin’ for a Ca
	use Car Show & Street Fair are considered tax-deductible contributions to 
	Moab House Inc.\, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization\, and are
